Dr. Natalie Papanastasiou is a research grant consultant who supports researchers at all stages of their careers working in the social sciences and humanities. She enjoys helping researchers to translate and refine their ideas into polished research grants, and she has supported researchers submitting grants to schemes across Europe and Australia.
Natalie draws on a decade of experience working as an academic researcher at several of Europe’s leading universities (including the University of Edinburgh and the University of Amsterdam). During her academic career she won several prestigious research grants as a Principal Investigator; this experience enables her to understand the process of grant writing from a researcher’s perspective as well as to have a clear insight into what reviewers look for in a winning grant. She holds a PhD in Social Policy and MSc in Educational Research, both from the University of Edinburgh, and a BA in Geography from the University of Cambridge.
