Dr Lyn Davies is a specialist in philanthropic partnerships and fundraising with a focus on category 3 investments. She has extensive expertise in relationship management with the National Heart Foundation, the Baker Institute, AsureQuality and other science-led organisations. Lyn is a trained researcher with a PhD in Biological Sciences from the University of Auckland, which followed undergraduate studies in Food Science and Nutrition. She is active in volunteering having served as a Board Member for Ready Set Australia and as a community grants assessor for the City of Port Phillip. Lyn provides pro bono Grant and Copy Writing Services and Strategic Fundraising Support to many grassroots charities to help them generate impact within the community. Lyn is especially well placed to advise on developing relationships with Trusts and Foundations and how to approach philanthropic funders to maximise grant success.
