Planning and Achieving Impact
Workshop
Presented by Dr Anna Thomas
This workshop uses theory and practical knowledge to support researchers to plan to achieve research impact. It includes thinking strategically about the long-term impact participants would like to achieve from their research and planning a pathway to achieving this impact. The focus is on practice and policy change but incorporating commercialisation as both an outcome and a mechanism for longer term impact. The workshop provides time and support for participants to consider the 'big problem' (need) they are trying to solve, set up an initial plan or pathway to impact, as well as considering how to optimally translate their research - who they need to engage with and what they need to say.
Delivery: 2 hours online or in-person
