Workshop
Presented by Prof Liz Harry

Or you want to optimize the impact of your research, but not sure how and need others to provide insight and collaborate with you. Alternatively, you may already be a leader or member of a team but not sure how to create a culture of best ways of working together to create maximum impact and enjoy yourself! Or you are not sure if the team you are in is the right one for you.
This workshop will provide participants with a knowledge of how to build and maintain an outstanding research team, manage team dynamics and create a culture where everyone can be their best. Participants will learn how to find the right mix of people, how to innovate in a team, build team trust and respect, encourage inclusion, effectively communicate, understand shared values, and how to set team goals and priorities to ensure the desired outcomes.
